Goat’s Milk vs Cow Milk

OK.. Goat's milk? Not something that suits everyones taste buds. But apparently, goat's milk is better than cow's milk. Some (boring) facts about goats milk that I was such a nerd to search up.
  • It is easy to digest and naturally homogenized.
  • Contains ALL the known vitamins and a large number of the rare mineral elements.
  • Has an alkaline reaction the same as mother's milk and cow milk has an acid reaction.
  • Helps correct many digestive disorders like IBS
  •  High in healing enzymes and has a superior form of calcium than cow milk

So this time on our outing trip, we went to a goat's milk smoothie place! Everyone was pretty scared to try it so in the end we split smoothies and shared. I got the goat pression smoothie (blueberry flavored  and... it was.. unique? The first sip just tastes like a normal blueberry smoothie, but the after taste is somewhat creamy? Cheesy? The smoothie is not horrible but not something I would crave. One thing I disliked was the foamy part left when you finished up the juice because it was really, bitter and sour. Like not creamy foam of milk, but grainy and sour. I'm surprised they even have these types of smoothie shops in Seoul. Unique and special but not for me :)

Smoothies in the Winter

Even though it's -10 degrees outside, that's not stopping people in Seoul from going out for a cold ice frappuccino. There are small waffle shops everywhere in Seoul. You can almost find a small little cafe everywhere you go. Inside the decorations are awesome, it makes you feel so comfy and chic :)

frappuccino moca. yummmy!
A bit late for Christmas but... cute :)
The servings were so large!!

Caribbean Bay!

If you are thinking of visiting South Korea, be sure to check out Caribbean Bay. It's a super cool super fun water theme park for all ages. If you are looking for some excitement and thrilling rides there, the Aqua Loop is the one.

It looks less scary in real life.. probably. The AquaLoop is a really large water slide. When you reach the top, you step into this capsule, which is in the mouths of the voodoo doctors. Once in there, you will experience a 18 meter free fall followed by a 360 degree loop. It's amazing. You really feel awesome once you went, and you can tease the rest of your friends who were too scared to go.

Another awesome pool is the Wave Pool! It is actually a giant pool with man man waves, it is made so that you actually feel like you're actually is the sea catching a wave. Though in the picture it may look really packed, when you go deeper in it's not that crowded. Getting the right dates to go so that the crowds are not so insane might be a good choice too.

If you are looking for something more calm; there are spas, indoor lazy rivers and even a relaxing room.
However, the out door rides are only open during May to September. I suggest that you should go before winter so you can enjoy both the outdoor and the indoor attractions. The indoor pools are open all season. The Day Ticket 35,000won for adults and 27,000won for Elderly/Children. Afternoon Ticket (14:30~) 30,000won for adults 23,000won for Elderly/Children.

For more information you can look at their website :http://www.everland.com/web/multi/english/caribbean/main.html

Pizza Pizza Pizah!

In Korea there are different types of pizza. There are the common Hawaiian and peperoni ones... but they add one special ingredient. Corn. I personally thought it would make the pizza sweet, but you can't really taste it. There is even a bulgogi pizza! Bulgogi is a Korean dish consisting of marinated beef and with garlic and soya sauce. You'd think it tastes weird with pizza bread but it is actually really yummy!

Classic pepperoni pizza... with corn!

Bulgogi Pizza

I love when you take the first slice of pizza when the cheese is still melt.

I added a bit of hot sauce, perfect goodness!

I llooovvee cheese!

These are the types of pizzas you can get in Korea some different ones like sweet potato pizza.. which I personally do not like. sorry.

IT'S SNOWING!!!

It's finally snowing in Korea! I love the moment when the snow starts to fall and you just start dancing around trying to savour it all! And after it ends you go outside to start a snowball battle fight with your friends. So fun! And then you're looking for some ore snow when you find a nice piece of untouched space, just laying there waiting for you to claim it. Just falling in the soft fluff, making a snow man (in his case me and my friends made a tree cause we are special ;) Afterwards you would go back in and slurp a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows in them. Ahhhhh Pure Bless.
